Biography:
Coach Raymond McAloon, one of the owners of CrossFit Fife, was also one of the original founders of CrossFit Fife. He is a CrossFit coach level 1, Kettlebells instructor, Crossfit Olympic lifting coach and a CrossFit Powerlifting coach. Raymonds passion was originally in martial arts, he has over 20 years experience in that field and a black belt in Ju jitsu. He was looking for ways to increase his fitness levels for martial arts competitions when he discovered and fell in love with CrossFit. He converted his garage into a gym to train in and found that there were more and more people wanting to train with him and so he decided to open up one of the UKs first CrossFit affiliates.
Raymond is very passionate about helping others perform to their highest standard and is driven and dedicated to his members and his own progression. From a young age he always wanted to push himself and that’s when he started competing. He achieved 2nd place in the East Scotland bodybuilding under 21s juniors and also 3rd in the Mr Scotland bodybuilding under 21s juniors. This experience at a young age clearly helped for when he became a CrossFit competitor. His achievements include winning the Central Manchester Games Master 2009 and 2010 and winning the London Throwdown Masters 2012. He also achieved 1st place at Masters at War 2013, 49th place CrossFit Games Open World 2014 Masters, 2nd place at Masters 45-49 European region CrossFit Games Open 2014 and 6th place Masters 45-49 European region CrossFit Games Open 2015.

Biography:
Coach Brenda Dougan is known as B around the box. She is also the Queen of kettlebells and coaches the kettlebell classes as well as the CrossFit. B initially found kettlebells before CrossFit and then moved to CrossFit alongside kettlebells. When Brenda started to train with the 6am crew in 2010 that is when she really got hooked.
As one of the owners of CrossFit Fife and CrossFit Coach level 1 ‘B’ has accomplished so much including 5th place at the Masters at War 2016 (mixed pairs) and 1st place at Form Fitness masters 2016 (same sex pairs). She refers to herself as an “old” master who can still kick butt with many of the younger members in the class. Brenda loves the banter around the box, the friendships that CFF has given her and the greater community of CrossFit. Her passions are simple - to see individuals grow, move correctly, get stronger and feel good about themselves. Her favourite saying when explaining CrossFit to people is quite simply, CrossFit is Fitness for all.

Biography:
Thomas Murray - known as Thommo around the box, is a level 1 CrossFit Coach and has an absolute passion to help others. His reason for becoming involved with CrossFit was due to his other passion - Rugby. Thommo played Rugby Union for Dunfermline rugby club for 10 years through age grade to 1st XV and represented Scotland Rugby League at under 18 and open age amateur levels with a career highlight of being selected for the Scotland RL 2012 Atalatia Cup squads against Ireland and England Knights
In 2012 Thommo wanted to do some additional strength and conditioning training and was drawn to CrossFit. With the group environment training and constant varied aspect he quickly saw massive changes in his performance. Those changes have sustained and grown even more. Thommo has seen an improvement in his overall fitness and strength and gained great general knowledge of nutrition. He became a CrossFit Coach in 2016 and is a great asset to the box.

Biography:
Jordan Leslie started doing CrossFit style workouts in 2011 with his friend in a garage gym. In 2013 he then started training at CrossFit Fife before completing his level 1 and becoming a CrossFit coach. Jordan has great expertise and knowledge in various aspects of health and fitness.
Jordan is currently studying for his HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise and Personal Trainer level 3 after completing his HNC in Fitness, Health and Exercise. Jordan is also a Onnit Foundations Trainer, a level 2 Group Exercise/Gym Instructor and has achieved his British Weightlifting level 1. With his varying degrees of knowledge he is of great benefit to the members of CrossFit Fife.

Susie Mollison is the 3rd partner in the ownership of CrossFit Fife and is not a coach. She enjoys keeping fit however her role in the team is to expand the business and manage most administration roles. Susie is the one who will respond to your enquiries and help you with any getting started questions or booking queries. With a background in business and a passion in health and wellbeing this opportunity came along at the right time for her.
Susie was the owner and founder of Sumo Therapy Clinic and Falkirk School of Massage for many years before selling them to concentrate on her online global distribution business which she continues to run. The knowledge and experience Susie has gained through business, health and wellbeing makes her a great asset to the team of CrossFit Fife.
